NBRH Digital Services - Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to digital services and integrations (“Services”, “Integrations”, “Digital Systems”) operated by Northern Beaches Rockhouse (“Rockhouse”, “we”, “us”). These didital systems are used internally by Rockhouse to automate data processing from our website, including gift card fulfillment, inventory syncing with our point-of-sale system(“POS”), and customer data entry into our POS system.

1. Scope

The Integrations are not a standalone product offered for public use. It supports Rockhouse’s internal operations related to data entered via our website.

2. Availability

We aim to keep these Integrations operating reliably, but it may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, outages, or third-party service disruptions. Rockhouse does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

3. Order Fulfillment

These Integrations may generate and deliver digital gift cards, update inventory systems based on order information, and create customer profiles on our POS system from our digital online waiver. If you do not receive a digital gift card email or there is an issue, please contact Rockhouse customer support and we will assist.

4. Third-Party Services

The Integrations use third-party services (including Squarespace, AWS, email delivery providers, and point-of-sale systems). Rockhouse is not responsible for outages or failures caused by those third parties.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockhouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Integration. Rockhouse’s total liability related to the Integration is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

6. Privacy

Personal information processed by the Integration (such as name, email address, order details) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.rockhouse.com.au/privacy-policy

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest changes.
