What’s Involved?

A fully facilitated party package that offers a hassle-free climbing experience for both you and the kids, so that everyone gets to focus on simply having a good time!

In a nutshell, a typical party package includes:

  • 2 hours time slots on weekends and is recommended for ages 6 and up.

  • Exclusive use of our party room. The room is setup with tables and chairs, plates, napkins and cups. In the party room you will have access to a sink and microwave.

  • A dedicated party host and staff belayers to supervise and hold the ropes for the children.

  • A variety of different climbing routes to try as well as novelty challenges, plus games and activities.

  • Optional extra - our 40m long caving tunnel!

The Structure

  • Check in: 15 minutes prior to the start time of your booking

  • Room Access: At the start time of your booking

  • First 45 mins: As soon as check in is complete, the kids are organised by the staff and taken through some safety rules before jumping on the walls for some climbing

  • Break: Usually 45 minutes in, we recommend taking a break for food and cake etc.

  • Post-Break: The kids are brought back down for some more climbing or climbing related games

  • Pack Down: 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking, the party room should be cleared out so staff may enter and clean

  • Optional Caving: Additional fun activity for the kids; the staff allow access to the caving tunnels to the whole group. Those who do not wish to participate can continue climbing with a staff member

Pricing

Our package is set for a minimum of 10 climbers. If you have less than 10 climbers, you may still book a party but the cost will be for 10 minimum.

  • $360 - this covers climbing for 10 and everything else outlined above. This excludes Caving.

  • Extra Climbers? No problem. The cost is simply $36 for each extra climber

  • Caving Add on $6ea - starting at the 10 climbers minimum. Extra cavers can be paid for on the day of your booking.

  • We staff your booking to allow for plenty of climbing, but should any parents wish to join in to belay, the harness hire is simply $3.50ea

Time Slots (2 hours running time)

  • Saturday & Sundays: 9:30am | 11:30am | 1:30pm | 3:30pm | 5:30pm

Need to know

  • Minimum cost is 10 Climbers, Maximum 20 Climbers

  • Additional climbers may be added to bookings at least 14 days in advance. Climbers added less than 14 days in advance are dependent on staffing availability.

  • You may decorate the party room yourself, however, please no sticky tape on the walls. No confetti/party poppers and unfortunately no sparklers are permitted indoors

  • Please bring along your own cake knife. There is also fridge/freezer space available.

  • Waiver instructions will be sent upon booking, all climbers must have a signed electronic waiver

  • Climbers should wear comfortable exercise clothes (no skirts) and enclosed shoes. Remove all jewellery and tie up long hair

  • Invites: we have ready made invites below! You may download and print these out to use

  • Cancellations: Due to staffing aspects, we do unfortunately have to enforce a cancellation policy. Bookings are fully refundable at least 14 days prior to booking. 50% refundable between 14 - 7 days prior to booking. Non-refundable less than 7 days prior to booking. Cancellations due to illness within 7 days will require a Medical Certificate to be provided and a store credit may be given.

Form Instructions:

  1. Bookings are automatically set to 10 climbers minimum

  2. Use the Add On features below to add climbers to the booking. E.g. If you are planning for 13 kids to attend, choose the Extra Climber x 3 Add On

  3. Use the Caving Entry option to add the caving tunnels to your booking. If you have more than 10 kids for the caving tunnels you may pay the difference on the day ($6ea)

  4. Select the available date and time, and simply fill out the following form and complete payment and you’re done! Once a booking is in our system it is confirmed, it’s as easy as that!
