WEEKLY SCHOOL SPORT
A recurring school-term session where students can build skills and confidence over time.
ONE-OFF EXCURSIONS
A beginner-friendly introduction to indoor climbing for a class, cohort or activity group.
ACTIVITY DAYS
An active option for end-of-term events, wellbeing programs and special school days.
SUBJECT SPECIFIC ACTIVITY
Students apply movement, fitness, teamwork and risk management skills specific to subjects like PDHPE.

MORE THAN A DAY OUT
Climbing gives students an active challenge while building confidence, coordination, communication and responsibility. Sessions can be planned around your school, year group and objectives.

Choose a minimum five-session school-term booking or bring a larger school group for a single climbing session.

Per student for a one off session with more than 10 climbers.
One-off sessions with fewer than 10 climbers use the regular $23 per-student entry fee. Maximum group sizes depend on the session and can be discussed when enquiring.

Provide your school details, requested dates, session time, number of sessions and expected student numbers.

CONFIRM
The booking is confirmed after the completed request has been received and Rockhouse confirms the details.

BELAYERS
Students in Year 7 or above can belay each other. Primary groups need additional teachers or parents to belay.

START CLIMBING
Students rotate through suitable top rope climbs supervised by teachers and our staff.
BOOKED NUMBERS APPLY
INVOICING
Invoices are issued for the full number of students booked, or the number attending if attendance is higher. Term sport bookings are invoiced at the end of each school term.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
Invoices are due 14 days after issue. Cancellation fees apply within 14 days of the booking start date. Billing enquiries can be sent to accounts@rockhouse.com.au.

Maximum numbers depend on the proposed dates, session time and group requirements. Include your expected student numbers in the enquiry so Rockhouse can confirm what is possible.

No. Sessions can be arranged for complete beginners as well as students who have climbed before.

Yes. Include the attending supervisor on the booking request. Primary-school groups also need enough teachers or parents to provide the required belayers.

Fees apply when a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the booking start date.
