Pricing and Payment Details:

A discounted rate of $12.00ea student per session is given to school bookings. Minimum students is 10 per session, maximums are circumstantial, please enquire. Minimum commitment is 5 sessions a school term. Bookings are not confirmed until this form is completed and confirmed by Rockhouse. You will receive an email from info@rockhouse.com.au

For one off sessions of more than 10 climbers, the cost is $20ea student. For one off sessions of less than 10 climbers, the cost is the regular entry fee of $23.00ea student.

Please Note: Students must be in Year 7 to belay each other. Primary School groups will need additional teachers or parents to belay.

Invoices will be issued for the full number of students booked or the number of students attending (if greater). Fees apply for cancellations within 14 days of booking start date. Term sport bookings will be invoiced at the end of each School Term. Payment of invoice is due 14 days after the issue date. Please forward all billing enquiries to accounts@rockhouse.com.au
