ARRIVE & CHECK IN

Arrive 15 minutes before the booking so the group is ready to begin on time.

SAFETY & FIRST CLIMB

Staff organise the group, explain the safety rules and get everyone started.

FOOD & CAKE BREAK

Enjoy 30 minutes in the party room for food, drinks and cake.

CLIMBING OR CAVING

Return to the walls for more climbing or caving if selected.

THE USEFUL DETAILS, BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

We recommend a minimum age of 6+. The booking minimum is 10 climbers and the maximum is 20.
Every climber needs a signed electronic waiver. Instructions are sent after booking.
Comfortable exercise clothing and enclosed shoes. No skirts and remove jewellery and tie up long hair.
Decorations are welcome, however we ask that you do not use sticky tape, confetti, party poppers or sparklers. Bring a knife for the cake and a lighter or matches for candles. We have fridge and freezer space available for you to use.
Additional climbers may be added at least 14 days ahead. Later additions depend on staff availability.
After the half hour use of the party room we ask that you help to clear your belongings so staff can clean the space.
Bookings are fully refundable at least 14 days prior to booking. 50% refundable between 14 - 7 days prior to booking. Non-refundable less than 7 days prior to booking. Cancellations due to illness within 7 days will require a Medical Certificate to be provided and a store credit may be given.

Bookings are automatically set to 10 climbers minimum
Use the Add On features below to add climbers to the booking. E.g. If you are planning for 13 kids to attend, choose the Extra Climber x 3 Add On
Use the Caving Entry option to add the caving tunnels to your booking. If you have more than 10 kids for the caving tunnels you may pay the difference on the day ($6ea)
Select the available date and time, and simply fill out the following form and complete payment and you’re done! Once a booking is in our system it is confirmed, it’s as easy as that! Parties for less than 14 days in advance please contact us directly via email info@rockhouse.com.au or call us on (02) 9905 6202.
Look out for the confirmation email which includes important information about the waiver process and other details.
